40 successful years of teaching! Congratulations! It is an undisputed fact that parents look out for the optimal education for their children. My parents were lucky enough, because they found it 8 years ago; that is when I commenced apprentecing English in Maria Markaki Language School. Trust is very hard thing to be earned, but in my case it was the easiest! All those 8 years were full of creativity, hard work, success and have left me with endless memories…
I could not be more greatful to Mrs Maria Markaki, on the grounds that she taught me the grammar of English in the best way possible, so that I can fluently talk in a language I have loved for so many a reason. Apart from that, she gave birth and professionally trained her daughter, Christina Markoulaki, an amazing woman that I had the chance to meet and be taught by. Because in this particular language school, English is not the only subject offered. The enhancement of critical thinking skills, optimism, love for work and many other virtues are being taught in an exquisite way, and that is priceless.
Had Mrs. Maria Markaki not aspired to become a teacher, I would not be the same person I am today. They have played an important role in shaping my character and that is why I love this school sooo much and it feels like home no matter the place. Because home is not a place, but people and experiences. Thus, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
